We were so hungry and didn't want fast food.  Pulled into this Great establishment and the food was delicious.  The staff was pleasant and very helpful.

I highly recommend this place for everyone wanting authentic Mexican Food.  There was plenty of parking and the Drinks were very Cold.

The carne asada is fatty now, the last 3 times I visited. I called and talked to the lady manager, and she assured me nothing had changed. My next two visits, I still had a lot of fat in my meat. I can't go here anymore, and I'm bummed. I'll miss the green salsa.

Should have known something was up when we went there on a Thursday night at 6 pm and were the only ones there. There's a reason for that, with all the Mexican food available in the area, there's no reason to settle for less than good, we gave it a try, lesson learned.
I had a chile relleno, if available I always order a Chile Relleno when rating a Mexican restaurant makes it a fair comparison, it was alright, but nothing to write home about.
I prefer Casa Serrano's, Correa's, El Gailitos or Pancho Villa's in the Avi parking lot.
One situation this place lends itself to, would be it you wanted food to go, they have a drive thru so you wouldn't have to get out of the car, not sure if you can phone in an order and pick it up but it would be convenient.

Humberto's is located on Hwy 95 & Camp Mohave Rd in Bullhead City, AZ. It was convenient since it's the closest restaurant nearby my sisters' in-laws place. She also suggested to come here as well. My brother, my son & I were starving so we decided to dine in. Restaurant is at the corner, good parking. No one was dining in the restaurant at 1pm. Lady at the front greeted us & told us to sit any place we'd like. The restaurant had a Mexican vibe w/ all the decor. They have a small bar area seating, tables & booths. TV's were on, playing sports. Waitress was nice & took our drink orders. Came back with our waters w/ limes & chips & salsa (pretty good chips & salsa, & I'm picky about that).

Our food was good. My son ordered a taco plate (3 pastor tacos, rice & beans). I ordered the chile relleño plate (2 chile relleño, rice, bean & sour cream). My brother ordered something new to me, the Molcajete. I think the lady explained its the clay pot they use to cook & serve the food: steak, chicken, cheese (idk what kind), green onions & the seasonings at the bottom. It was very interesting to look at, & I like how u can control the amount of seasoning you want to devour on your selected meat. I had room for 1 of my chiles but ate the rest of my plate & my sons food disappeared. Guess we were all so hungry.

Mid way thru our meal I had ordered about 5 more orders to go. The lady was nice w/ taking my to go order & even asked when they should make it. The food to go was made in good time. But the whole check out process took a while. (The lady was ringing up other to-go orders w/ her slow credit card machine).

The fam likes the burritos the best. Then again they were prolly lit at the time. Smh lols. Their fried chicken tacos are supposedly what people order (according to the lady). Im sorry I didnt catch her name. But my cousin thought otherwise about those fried tacos. I can't say since I did not try them.  All I know, is that this place is one out of the many Mexican restaurants that Bullhead City has to offer.

Five stars for the food and service. First time here and the service made us feel very welcome, my husband loved his machaca burrito it was very good and full of meat - no skimping here, I had the fish taco plate, the fish was breaded and fried then chopped up, I've never had it like this but it was good. The salsa that came with the chips was excellent and my husband got extra to have with his burrito. I would recommend this place and will come back.
